Hammond Health is committed to making our services accessible to everyone, including patients with a disability or impairment.

Our practice has disability-compliant entrances at both the front and rear of the building, accessible parking at the rear (off Kincaid Street), and accessible toilets. Signs include pictures to help patients find their way.

If you're unable to attend the practice in person, we can offer telehealth appointments by video, and home visits where appropriate.
