Welcome to Hammond Health. We’re pleased to welcome new patients of all ages to our practice on Fitzmaurice Street in Wagga Wagga.

Becoming a patient
New patients aren’t able to book online. To make your first appointment, call us on 02 6936 7020 or send us a message through our contact form, and our reception team will get you booked in. Once you’re registered, we’ll email you our new patient form to complete before your first visit.

What to bring
Please bring your Medicare card, any concession, healthcare or DVA card, and a list of your current medications. Recent test results or specialist letters are helpful too. If you’d like your records transferred from your previous GP, let us know and we can arrange it with your consent.

Fees
Hammond Health is a private billing practice, so there is an out-of-pocket cost for most appointments. Immunisations for children are billed directly to medicare. Our reception team is happy to talk you through our fees when you book.

Finding us
Suite 1, 129 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga. Parking is available at the rear of the building, off Kincaid Street, and the practice has disability access.

After hours
Outside our opening hours, call the Urgent Care Service on 1800 022 222 or attend Wagga Wagga Base Hospital Emergency Department. In an emergency, call 000.
